I hereby apply for membership in the Cowboys Regional Rodeo Association, Inc. By becoming a member, I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the CRRA and it's approved rodeos and other sanctioned activities. I agree in no event to hold the CRRA, their agents, or employees liable for injuries or property damage while participating, or while in route to and from CRRA sanctioned rodeos or events.
